Ok ONEin3ers, it took us a while to put this out. It’s been going on for a little while but we suffer metaphysical pain just thinking about Christmas/The Holidays before Thanksgiving.
Now that we’ve got the turkey, family, brilliant fall weather and relaxation out of the way, we’re READY for the Mayor’s Holiday Special in all its glory!
We plan to buy 1/2 price tickets to as many of the 50+ shows participating this year as we possibly can and, while we’re at it, we’re going to have dinner at a $10 discount using a, you guessed it, $10 voucher from the Mayor’s Holiday Special.
We might even be spontaneous a few times and get ourselves some discounted day-of tickets. Who knows! As KG once said, “ANYTHING IS POSSIBBBLLLLLEEE!”
There are also some free/very-low-cost events happening around town that we may attend to feel the spirit of the season.
We hope to see you there!
PS. The Holiday Special lasts all the way through January 1st, so you have some time. Also, it’s a big collaboration involving the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Tourism and Special Events, Arts Boston and the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau.
PPS. You also need to know about the Downtown Crossing Holiday Market, where you can get some gifts, trees, anything you want right in Downtown Crossing!
