Aubre Carreon Aguilar: Winner of the Boston Bucket List Challenge

Members of the ONEin3 Council took to the streets of Boston this summer to compete in the Boston Bucket List Challenge. Requiring visits to each of the 214 selected attractions throughout the city, the challenge mandated that competitors snap a picture of themselves at each location, and tweet each picture using the hashtag #BosBucket.

A few months and hundreds of selfies later, Aubre Carreon Aguilar emerged victorious, making it to all 214 locations before anyone else, just ahead of second place finisher Laura Alvarado.

For her hard work, Aubre won a golden bucket trophy and a $50 gift certificate to Sweet Cheeks on Boylston St.

Aubre checked places off of her Bucket List so fast that other competitors were left wondering if she had a private helicopter, but she claimed simply to be using hubway.

During the competition, Aubre was known for her signature collages, sometimes fitting a dozen or more pictures into one tweet. This idea was both efficient and impressive, and in the same spirit, she was presented with a collage of all her #BosBucket pictures as a souvenir for her hard work.

The competition spanned all throughout Boston, from Eastie to Hyde Park, from Brighton to Dorchester, and everything in between. It’s safe to say that Aubre knows her way around the city!
