“A great team member is someone who can figure out ways to use their individual passions and skills to build something different and exciting that will engage the larger ONEin3 community.  You also need to be a great listener and have the ability to help team members tap into their talents and expertise.  Boundless energy is a plus.” - Lee Glandorf, West Roxbury

“ONEin3 Council Members are able to harness their individual experience to impact change.  You should enjoy thinking about issues facing the city from many different perspectives and appreciate all of Boston’s diversity.” - Anthony Toppi, Brighton

“ONEin3 is the perfect fit for someone with strong Boston pride, great leadership skills, and the motivation to connect with others as well as the communities within Boston. Council members should have the passion to do more and help others all while striving to make Boston a better place for young professionals to live, grow and thrive.” - Erin McEvoy, South End

“A good council member is someone who strives to understand and improve their environment.  It’s someone who wants to be surrounded by the brightest people in the room. Someone who says “this is wrong and I’m going to change it.” The Council is an evolving instrument of change and social progress. It’s a place for dreamers but more importantly, a place for doers. A place where you can better your city while you better yourself.  It’s a chance to plug into an organization that has and will continue to shape the way young people interact with the City of Boston.” - Marty Nee, Charlestown

“The ONEin3 Council is for young adults that see Boston as more than a city to live in but rather as a canvas with which to paint new experiences, cultivate ideas, create change, and explore diversity.  Equipped with this zest for the city, whether they’ve lived here a year or decades, they channel their zeal and resources into transforming the city into a blossoming community.” - Teisha-Vonique Hood, Back Bay

“The Best ONEin3 Council Members are present. Not only present at events to support other council members and initiatives, but are present and active in their communities and have a passion to give back and make Boston the best place to live for 20-34 year olds.  Leadership skills, creativity, and a sense of humor also make the term even more fun and rewarding.” - Kelly Scott, Brighton

“The ideal ONEin3 Council Member understands that the most effective means of loving where you live is actively investing in its success; the Council is the ultimate platform to do just that.  If you’re a thinker of any kind thirsty for a ground level forum offering collaboration, perspective, resources and action within The Hub, the ONEin3 Council is for you.” - David Lank, Fenway

“A successful ONEin3 Council Member has a passion for Boston, is excited about the future of our city and finds value in having meaningful conversations on economic development, race, gender and all things related to city and Boston.” - Cole Boskey, South End
