Taste of JP Coming Up–Get Your Tix Today!

The 16th Annual Taste of JP event is coming up on Thursday, November 17!!!

This is an awesome night that brings out about 25 local food vendors (restaurants, caterers, and 2 –count em 2– breweries) who sample their wares all for a great cause. And there’s music with the deliciousness to boot.

That cause is ESAC, the Ecumenical Social Action Committee. ESAC is based in JP and has been around for 40 years. The organization does some amazing things, including a GED program for very high-risk young adults, foreclosure prevention and other affordable housing programs, an urban asthma initiative, and a peace garden in Egleston Square.

The Taste runs from 6:30 til about 9pm, and it will be held at Cedars Hall, 61 Rockwood Street, near the Pond. Get your tix today before they sell out–online at www.esacboston.org. $40 in advance, $45 at the door, kids and seniors $15.
